1.2 Bagpipe S3M1
S3M3 is Bagpipe mastery priority because it enables her as a helidrop (only need 15 SP to charge) in later stage of a map, to assist in DPS or temporary stall (with greatly boosted DEF and +1 block) and do burst damage on a powerful foe for other unit’s redeployment or skill recharge.
That said, S3 has linear progression so you can just stay at M1 or M2 and eventually M3 later.

1.5 Top Operator Tag: Mostima
I got a Top Operator + Senior Tag + Caster + Melee + Debuff. Since I’ve already had all operators under Melee Tag, I gambled for Caster + Top Op for 50% chance to get Mostima (a dupe Ifrit is not bad). And then, I have Mostima now.
Here is my comment chain about future special banner that Top Operator Tag actually contributes greatly. Less 6* units in the pool, the more chance you can get your favorite unit in that pool.
